As a practitioner, I am dedicated to clients who commit to being functionally fit and want to feel at home in their bodies.

I design your personal plan drawing from yoga, Pilates, myofascial release, the Fluidity Barre method, and balance work. The Pilates Reformer and the Combo chair create long lean muscles which help us stay injury free. The studio is on the second floor of the historic Junction building; ample parking is available.

With 24 years of teaching experience, my specialty is in functional alignment, ease of movement, small habit changes that yield significant results over time, and attention to your energy and circumstances. I am known in the community for working well with “older bodies” or those who aren’t “older” but looking for more flow and longevity in their body and movement.

Please note the practice has moved to a smaller space with a sophisticated air cleaner at 103 Black Mountain Avenue (easy access off exit 64).
